- In Eforie Sud there is Health Spa on the shore of Techirghiol Lake, which provides treatment services throughout the year and a swimming pool where you can make therapeutic baths Techirghiol.
The legend says that in the place of the lake there was the sea possessed by a good spirit, called by the Greek colonists Pontus Euximus. Since then, people have called the water with miraculous power “Lake Techir” becoming with the passing of the years Techirghiol.

- The “Saint Mary” wooden church from Techirghiol, built in the 18-th century and painted in a simple, traditional style.

- The double decker buses which serve both the city tours and the tours of seaside

- Ovidiu Island, located on the Siutghiol Lake, at 5 km away from Mamaia’s shore and 500 m from Ovidiu. Created by thousands of years ago, the island became the legendary location when the poet Publius Ovidius Naso (43 BC – 17 AD) was exiled in AD 8 by the Emperor Augustus and when he wrote the works “Tristia” and “Epistulae ex Ponto”

- National Military Museum Constanta exposes arms and ammunitions

- Museum of Natural Science Constanta – it is situated on the shores of Tabacariei Lake (Lake Tannery). The Aquarium – contains species of dolphins from the Black Sea, the water from the tank is taken directly from the sea.

- Museum of Archaeology Callatis – has an important collection of sculptures and amphorae as well as sarcophagus fragments from the Hellenistic Age.

The Monastery of St. Peter and Paul. The archaeological park of the Cathedral represents the reconstitution a neighbourhood of an ancient city – Tomis (4th – 6th century AD)

Muzeul Stiintelor Naturii Constanta este situat pe malul Lacului Tabacariei. Delfinariul are specii de delfini din Marea Neagra, apa din bazin fiind luata direct din mare.

Muzeul de Arheologie Callatis are o importanta colectie de amfore si sculpturi, precum si fragmente de sarcofage din epoca elenistica.
Manastirea Sf. Petru si Pavel .Complexul arheologic din Parcul Catedralei reprezinta reconstituirea unui cartier al orasului antic Tomis (sec. IV–VI d.Hr.)

- Oleg Danovski Theatre – the only ballet company in Romania whose band has a real prestige in the country and abroad

- National Theatre Constanta – the building houses three institutions of culture: Drama Theatre, The Philharmonic “Black Sea” and Opera of Constanta and it is located downtown in a beautiful park guarded by the statuary “Faun and Nimpha” designed by the sculptor Constantin Baraschi

- Thetre Dolls – operates in the former Elpis theatre of over 100 years old

Tourist attractions in Dobruja

- Saint Andrew’s Cave – tradition says that it is the place where Saint Apostle Andrew, brother of Simon Peter, lived as an anchoretic. The cave is the place where the Apostle Andrew spread Christianity to the Romanians. Nearby, there are the springs with the water with which our ancestors were baptized

- Dervent Monastery is one of the famous religious places of Dobruja. The monastery attracts thousands of people because of the wonders that are said to happen here. Thus, local history says that here were behead three disciples of the Apostle, on the place of the execution, there grew three crosses that perform miracles, and to which people come to seek consolation. Tow other attractions of the monastery are The Miracle – Working Icon of Our Lady and a “Healing Spring” from which, legend says, it is flowing water with miraculous power

- Fortress Histria – is the oldest city in our country. Discovered in 1914 by the Romanian historian Vasile Parvan
Adamclisi is the place where it is located one of the most important historical monuments of Dobruja. The monument “Tropaeum Traiani” – the monument was built between 106 – 109 AD at the order of Emperor Traian to celebrate the Roman victory over Dacians. Fully restored in the 70s the monument is very similar to the Column of Traian from Rome, historians assuming that they were made by the same architect – Apolodor from Damascus

Capidava – stands on the right bank of the Danube, halfway between Cernavoda and Harsova, the highway linking the cities even goes near the castle walls

- Fortress Tomis Constanta – There have passed more than 2500 years since on the place of the nowadays Constanta City was founded a settlement of seafarers and merchants coming from the Greek city of Milet (Asia Minor). Vestiges of the ancient civilization are met today in the city to every step.

- Fortress Callatis emerged as a Heracliote’s colony to the commandment of an oracle

- Macin Mountains – Although it seems to dominate the specific Eurasian steppe landscape, the ecological park of Macin is dominated by forest areas which differ from one valley to another and from one side to another. In the few oases of green on the Southern side of the mountain lives a very rare fauna such as Dobruja’s dragon and several species of reptiles that aren’t found anywhere else in Europe

- Dobruja’s Mouth – Speological, paleontological, geological and faunistic complex reservation, located near the villages Limanu and Targusor, consists of three famous caves because of the Quaternary rich fauna where we meet large colonies of bats

- Agigea Coastal Dunes – located 8 km South of Constanta, the natural reservation of marine dunes is represented by a plateau formed by 8 – 10 m of continuous sand deposition. Floriculture area in which are growing approximately 120 species of plants characteristic to the Romanian Coast of the Black Sea.

- The Monastic complex from Basarabi – carved into the limestone rocks with six churches with galleries and graves since 992 AD (on Tibisir Hill)

- Murfatlar Hills Constanta – Nearby Constanta and Mamaia tourists can see the limestone hills of Murfatlar covered with vineyards of noble grapes. The legend says that Dionysus, himself, the God of Wine was born on these wonderful places belonging to Old Thrace.
